Returns
We have a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days to request a return from the date you received the item.
You have free returns, the return slip is in your package.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with all tags still attached and in its original packaging.
Damage and problems
Please check your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exceptions/items that cannot be returned:
-Makeup stains on clothes
-Smell of perfume/smoke
-Used clothes
Changes
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and purchase the new item separately.
Refunds
We will notify you if your return is not accepted. If the refund is approved, it will automatically be made to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take a while for your bank or credit card company to process the return and it will appear on your account.
